My hamstring recovery, from strain(guess 1st degree?)

it’s been more than 2 weeks(15 days).
I don’t feel any pain when walking or stretching.
From now on i’ll start to get into training again.

  • not full speed work, but acc. work and some race pace work should not be a problem.(150-200 distance in 17.5-sub 24.5)

so i hope i can close this thread.
All have phun this season.
