My body is destroyed!!

Hey guys, so here is the deal I need some adivce/help in a bad way!

About a month ago i was probably the fastest i have ever been, then at a testing camp i blew my adductor so i have been on the shelf for about 3 weeks for running but still doign weights and bike workouts. Then about 3 weeks ago (so 1 week after my adductor) i go and hurt my lower back. I was doign a clean and caught it in front of me my low back (sacrum) shifted and my pelvis rotated. Nothing serious at the time took a few days off weights. Seemed to be fien last week i was jumoing hurdels and my low back just gave out and everythign seized up. I gave it a week got soem therapy and then just blew it apart the other day.

So what do you gusy think what is going on am I just a clutz? Or is soemthing messed up?

it sounds like you are working around an injury and leaning or favouring your uninjured side.

try swimming, thats non impact.

You need to get yourself checked out by a physio. More injuries are going to come if you keep rushing back into things. The low back injury isn’t one you want to mess around with, trust me on that.

Get checked out by a qualified professional. ART guys can work wonders for you.

Agreed. This isn’t something to mess with. Also the earlier you get it checked, the more they can do.

NEVER do hurdle jumps with any sort of back injury!

Maybe do nothing at all with a back injury? After all, that is one place that you do not want to mess up.
