Could repeated muscle cramps, spasms, knots etc be a sign that something may be missing in my diet?
Dehydration during training might be one cause. Another could be a deficiency in magnesium.
Yes I’d start with the chemical H2O!!
Then move to general diet consideratoins.
True Magnesium is important (and I also think calcium levels can negatively affect cramping too).
However that is just one area - I’d personally look to training and other aspects of lifestyle first.
