You looked a little tired in some of those drills. The long shuttle especially. Your arm drive in the 40 was definetly lacking and you could tell you weren’t super comfortable in the one-on-one or route running drills. Looked like you were still trying to learn what they were asking you to do. You can definetly improve on that: a lot.
I was burnout on the long shuttle. they made me run it five times because i kept missing one of the lines.
i thought i did ok in one-on-one but i know my individual routes weren’t too good
