I’m finding the same thing since starting my degree - there’s never enough energy or time to focus. I’ve already blown my indoor meets because I wasn’t thinking about what I was doing and got injured.

I reckon if ur finding it hard to spread urself around - prioritise what’s most important at the time, and keep the other things ticking over in the back ground. That way at least u can stay at college and will be able to get back into focus for the outdoor season. You’ve put a lot of work in in the past, and it should’nt take too much to get back there.

I feel like I need two bodies and a 36 hr day lol
