How has your body comp. come along since you started this split? I can see your strength is going up.
maybe you should make a comeback to track like me next year and we can see whos the cf king of hurdles.
The body comp is definitely improved and is beach-ready. However, it doesn’t compare at all to how I looked coming off track and football last season and that’s mostly because there’s no running in my training right now. Once I bring the weightlifting back to 3x a week I’ll be able to run and get my comp more into line of my historical lean, 8%ish.
Haha, you can have the CF King of hurdles title, I’d be fine just somehow getting rid of the scar tissue in my hip…Maybe then I’d think about coming back…
