slight pull of hamtring today. What would be the recommended actions to repair? Also looking for thoughts as to what could be the cause…ie. strength ratios…gym work etc…

I only have problems if I slack off Epsom salt baths and hot tub/cold contrast baths. Also, I have noticed that I need to lift heavy weights to ward off any pulls, I don’t know why but it really helps. One final point to consider is that if you are taking creatine that could be a culprit. That stuff makes you look great (pumped up look) but, for me, it really makes my legs very tight to the point where I almost pulled during a 70% effort run so I NEVER use that stuff.
