watching that, you can see how Vonulbrel, Mike Tyson charactor was. He was never arragont, which made it hard for him. He was a big man, but weak like a child emtionally, thats why people feel that lovef or him, smpthy. To open, to people.

When i read stuff, that Lennox Lewis beating kids up in school, play ground bully, and Frank Bruno getting suspended from school when he was a kid, for bullying kids, because he was bigger he got them to do what he wanted. Its not bad, its that arragonts, what you see in a kid, that made him just do what he did, not play to the crowd or media, Lennox Lewis.

Frank Bruno was very suspicious of people, who he didn’t know well. Throughtout his career, did’nt get to close to people.

There s has been talk Mike Tyson film coming out, starring Jamie Fox as Tyson. Mike Tyson has never really talk about Jail in much detail expect for this interview, before he retired in 2005.

mike was like a bizzaro forest gump. he really was a simpleton with amazing athletic talent. he was surrounded by evil people who led him down the wrong path and honestly i believe he doesnt know any better. you know i take that back hes more like lennie from of mice and men, the man plays with pigeons for christ sake. i saw an interview where he stated that his pigeons where the only thing that made him calm down , find a source of peace. i think under different circumstances he would have been a gentle giant.

I met Mike Tyson once in Cleveland. We spoke. He was a normal intelligent guy. What we have with Mike Tyson is a guy who never had a chance in his life. Although he made(and lost) millions there were always suppresive, restraining forces in his life-Poverty, No Parents, Disadvantaged upbringing, Violent Youth,Cheating Managers, etc…
Tell me… how were you raised, how many fights you been in, who’s out to get you? He is the product of a life you cannot begin to imagine in which his reputation was sacrificed on the altar of American Media.
Colbert you cannot throw your opinion out there like it is conclusive fact. You are absolutely wrong about Mike Tyson being a simpleton!

I have never seen pure unadulterated agressive explosive physcial destruction like Mike Tyson in his years under Cus D’amato.

Agree wholeheartedly! Met him years ago in Vegas at the old gym he owned and trained at! He was there watching some junior olympic kids box. Stood right next to him. Not that tall but truly looked like he was cut from granite! A pitbull with armor plating! Not sure if anyone can verify this claim but I believe it was said that in his prime he could throw a 6 or 7 punch combination in less than a second.
