I know there has been a lot of discussion about micellar casein protein and the benefits. But has anyone tried the micellar casein protein from allthewhey.com. It seems the only protein source in that drink is straight from micellar casein. Is it worth getting or should i wait for low-carb grow to get into stock and try that?
I haven’t tried that particular brand, but if all you want is straight micellar, you might consider buying from True Protein or Protein Factory. They can flavor and sweeten it however you want and it will cost you a lot less pound for pound than a retail product.
I second that trueprotein.com is awesome. I have ordered from them a number of times and have always been satisfied, great products.
It is a really good website. What types of combinations have you guys tried.
I like a 60/40 percent combo of casein to whey for all times other than post training. I normally just get straight protein w/ their chocolate flavoring.
