Let’s hope Modesto has better weather!

Yesterday’s Stanford race was held in wet, (-0.9) windy conditions.

Dear God that was amazing. What was the time for that?

Thanks guys for the encouraging words.

I’m not able to put a lot of forces into the track due to a very sore heel.

During the race my Max Freq was 4.75, but I have no length due to injuried heel.

Length was aorund 7.1ft, My best length is 7.5ft.

I ran 11.30 last night into a -2.3 wind and a VERY wet track raining during the race.
In Sacramento.

I’m feeling strong I did a vertical jump test on Monday I jump 36.5" & 3 step approach 46.2".

& a flying 30m in 2.81!

I just need some good weather!

That’s from training 2 days a week.

My training is about to increase to 5 days a week starting very soon for at least a year.

Just to see where my REAL potential lies!

Thanks fjlee for the filming! That’s a great Job!

Kenny Mac~~

great job!

Kenny Mac,

You forgot to mention it was really cold up here in Sacramento last night as well but I guess that goes w/out saying.

Good Job!

Good job!

How tall are you and how much do you weigh Kenny?

nice job kenny!!!

thanks for sharing the video and your testing numbers. its always interesting to hear and see how everyone else is coming along.

5’7 175lbs

Kenny Mac~~

Damn Kenny there is a big difference between your standing vertical and running jump - I guess you can throw down the BBall quite easily

Kenny,

What sort of mid-section work are you doing and how much?

I’m BIG on doing multi sets of core training w/ med- balls and regular core work.

I just gifted w/ strong Abds I must say.

I normally do around 650-800 abd’s 2 x’s a week.

I’m very explosive! I am having trouble during my last 50m and maintaining speed.

In training I’m posting 1.62-1.65 over 10 m
and 3.70-3.74 over 30 meters but fallen waaay off after 60m finishing around 10.9-11.04 for my last 4 meets.

What’s crazy is I ran 11.36 into a - 0.9 wind raining, and the next day I posted 11.30 into a -2.3 wind/cold rainy.

I have to fix that.

That’s from training 2 days a week.

Starting next week I’ll be training 5-6 days a week for at least 12 months.

Kenny Mac~~

I timed the race from the site and I got 11.30. Have anyone here timed that race?

Kenny Mac~~

Great job! It is cool to see vid you look like a pretty strong dude
Cheers,
Chris
