measurable minimum standard for quad flexibility?

Hello,

Is there a measurable minimum standard for quad flexibility for a sprinter? I feel like my quads are tight. When I’m lying prone on the ground on my stomach, I will try to bring my foot to my butt and its not even close - the angle of the knee is a little less than 90 degrees.

When I’m running, I’m guessing I’m fighting the tension in my quads in order to step over the support knee with every step. This probably shortens my stride as well.

So is there a minimum standard that anyone has observed with sprinters? Can sprinters pretty much just lay down and pull their heel to their butt without much effort?

I can! (FWIW)
