Meal's in a hurry.

Anyone with any thoughts on meals to eat between track and weight sessions. Even while in a bind and trying to get that extra meal in. Snacks on the go etc.

bananas+ peanut butter or apple+ cheese… mmmmmm

oats with milk, some sugar and rasins + 20 g protein shake
thats what i use between tracknweights

I usually have a plain bagel with Tomatoe slices and bococcini (white little cheese balls)
