I’m a 17 year old junior at a small private school in Ohio. My events are the 100m and probably the 200m.

So… here we go…

Week of March 1st-
Monday-
Forget what I did

Tuesday-
10x100 Tempo

Wednesday-
2x Flying 20
1 x 110 (Felt like crap so I just stopped. Too much too early)

Thursday-
100-100-200
100-100-200
100-100 Tempo

Friday
4x20
2x3x30 (I ran really well on the first one, so I skipped that set and moved to second)
1x40

Week of March 8th-
Monday-
2x20
2x3x30
2x40

Tuesday-
Skipped… Track coach giving me a hard time about running by myself

Wednesday-
2x20
2x Flying 20
1x110 (Didn’t learn my lesson from the first time)

I am planning on adding block work to speed days next week and running 80’s or something for SE. First meet is March 30th (if my coach lets me run on the team) Any critiques would be great.
