lowering my body fat

any ideas on how to lower my skinfold percentages. My total measurement is 66-67mm over 7 spots i need to lower this to about 50-55 in order to improve my power to weigth ratio and ultimately improve my vertical jump. I will be doing suicides and sweet 16’ andback and forth sprints along the basketball court, thus i want to do as much sport specific training as i can.

Will this decrease my body fat and sculpt my body lean while also hitting the weigths 3 times a week( bench,cleans,squats shoulder presses, calf raises:) while eating a clean diet.

I currently have a vert of 30 inches standing and about 34-35 on the run i am 6 foot and weigh 75-76 kilos.’
I bench about 70 kilos irm squat 95-100 kg and ultimately want to jump 35 inches standing and 38-40 inches on the run. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

As far as your body fat %iles, there is no such thing as “spot” training. For instance, if you have a little bit of the side handles or flappy under arms, you can’t strictly target those areas and expect to lose weight. You have to simply workout with respect to an overall body workout (besides this a far better way to workout) and as you said "eat a clean diet :smiley: " watch what you eat and keep exercising you WILL see the improvement just have to be patient.
