Lower abs, Groin, Hip flexors

Hi, I’m really looking to strengthen these muscles up. Does anyone have any specific excercises that help with these muscle groups?


For hip flexor I use a variety of leg raises, decline sit ups and a variety of hurdle step over drills.

For lower abs usually something like bicycle, the leg raises probably work this as well, crunches with legs off ground, basically anything with legs off the ground will help.

Deadlifting and squating in a sumo-stance, like really wide, can help hip flexor and groan area as well.
