I get these crazy lower ab. cramps if I try to sprint. It is impossible to do any explosive sprints without dropping on my knees because of the cramping low. abs. I got my blood and urine tested and everything was normal. I can do weights and jumps without any problems. I feel slight pain when I do lower ab training but nothing more.
I am resting this week and got my back aligned by on expert.
If anyone has had same kind of problems please let me know what you did to get better!
These cramps are annoying as hell cause I have never had this kind of problems.
