I would read anything and everything by Ashley Jones.
I am seconding what John says. When it comes to rugby, Ashley Jones is the man. This stuff is actually applicable to any team sport. He combines some oly. lifts with a Westside style template for the most part.
I liked most of his ideas recently in a seminar, but the demonstration bored me to death (i.e., dynamics, ladders, parachutes, ladders, resistance with partner and… ladders). Nothing new, let’s put it this way…
I know he’s successful and there is a reason behind his demonstration…
Yeah he is there to sell stuff
No need for parachutes and ladders etc. There are plenty of posts in the archives on the topic of gadgets.
