leucine/isoleucine/valeine

Charlie,
in the forum review you mentioned that you had your athletes take 5g of L/I/V after 90min of high-intensity exercise andand taken each 1/2 hr for the remainder of the workout. Where did you get this product and is it still available? Also, what do you think of this product that I found:

Thanks!!

Charlie recommended 5g each of the three? If that is the case, then take a look at the serving size of the supplement you linked to.

L-Leucine 1.5 g
L-Isoleucine 960 mg
L-Valine 1.32 g

This means that you would have to take approximately 4 servings of this supplement to get that dosage. Which means you would have to take 24 capsules. That is alot! Or did he mean 5g total between the 3?

I’m not sure, in the forum review it says “After the 1st 90min of high intensity training, I use 5g of pure leucine/isoleucine/valene taken each 1/2hr for the remainder of the workout”.

bump, bump, bump

aint nothing wrong with a lil bump and grind

These three are the BCAA’s and I’m fairly certain CF meant 5g of BCAA. Buy powdered BCAA and put them in some water, much cheaper than caps. Poliquin recommends BCAA’s 0.2-0.4g/kgmass during weight training, gets expensive.
