Well Just wanted to let you guys know how my final meet of the seaosn went. I ran 10.71 in 0.2 wind and 21.73 (PB) in 0.0 wind. FAT. I had a bad start in my 100m and could have PB’d, but oh well. I could have also ran a better 200m but my groin was killing me. I finished off the season with a 10.66 PB and a 21.73 PB. last year i had a 11.08 Pb and a 22.88 pb. so it’s all good.
Well this season was alright for me. Not bad for a kid who IN grade 10( was 16, now 19) was runnign 12.5 and 24.5. I hope for better things next year and I will be back to share my results of course.
