MEET FORMAT
Stanford University is pleased to host The Cardinal Track & Field Qualifier for athletes attempting to qualify for the U.S. Olympic Trials, achieve Olympic standards, or compete in more high caliber domestic events. The meet is conducted with these goals in mind. Therefore, the time schedule will be revised and available after all declarations are received.
ENTRY STANDARDS
In order to compete in the Cardinal Qualifier athletes must have a current verifiable performance from 2003 or 2004 that meets the entry standard listed on the enclosed schedule of events. We can not accept lifetime best performances for entry in the meet. There will be NO exceptions. Meet management reserves the right to limit the size of the fields to assure the quality of the performances. Field sizes will not exceed the listing on the enclosed schedule of events.

7:00pm Women’s 100m Hurdles 14.50 or top 18 entries
7:10pm Men’s 110m Hurdles 14.50 or top 18 entries
7:15pm Women’s 100 Meters 11.99 or Top 18 entries
7:20pm Men’s 100 Meters 10.99 or Top 18 entries
7:25pm Women’s 400 Meters 58.50 or Top 18 entries
7:30pm Men’s 400 Meters 49.00 or Top 18 entries
8:00pm Women’s 800 Meters 2:10.00 or Top 18 entries
8:10pm Men’s 800 Meters 1:49.90 or Top 18 entries
Athletes must have run 1:48.99 to be considered for the Top Section.
8:20pm Women’s 1500m 4:25.00 or Top 24 entries
Athletes must have run 4:20.00 to be considered for the Top Section.
8:35pm Men’s 1500m 3:45.00 or Top 24 entries
Athletes must have run 3:42.00 to be considered for the Top Section.
8:50pm Women’s 5000m 16:20.00 or Top 24 entries

TELEPHONE DECLARATIONS

ALL athletes or their coach MUST CALL the Stanford Office at (650) 723-2736 on THURSDAY, JUNE 17 between 1:00-3:00pm Pacific Time, to declare your entries.

The person whose name is included in the email must call in the declaration. Do not leave a message.

Declarations will be taken from 1:00-3:00 PM Pacific Time. Athletes will not be allowed to be declared in more than one distance event.

Athletes who do NOT declare will be scratched.
ENTRY FEES
- The entry fee is $20.00 per person per event.
- Please make checks payable to Stanford University.
- Entry fees must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 17. Please do not request exceptions to this policy.
