Not more flexible with more power, just AS flexible as required regardless.
Tight IT bands will be a limiting factor.
Hip Flexor activities can be incorporated in the core work- just not a a big power move IMO.

Is it something that can be seen with the naked eye? I looked thru the CTFS and there is a diagram of 2 thighs with arrows on the glutes and anterior tibialis is that all that you look at as far as high mounting points?
