We did Incline bench, and deadlift, and ran out of time. My deadlift and incline are very weak compared to my bench and squat. Dont know what to say if it is not muscle imbalances. My technique in Deadlift suffers if the weight goes over 225! I dont knowwhat to say about that.
Both lifts were pretty easy. I assume my max is higher now. Going to do some speed work tomorrow, so Ill take tomorrow’s workout in school pretty light.
Just the big lift for the day. None of my group that I work out with cares about lifting and slows me down abit so I just build my way up to the last set. We do a build up of 5 sets, but I usually do 4. I think the coaches use the BFS program and just give us cards of what we do. Things were done a bit differently this week, so I’ll have to post another basic template of what we do now. Thanks for asking WRCortese, Ill start posting my other workout sets.

No speed work today for 3 reasons. Too much volume in school today. Got into a fight in the lockerroom afterwards. And was too wet. They are changing their routine up next week and the week after. So I probably will not get any speed work until spring break, which Ill probably be able to get 2-3 sessions during that time. I feel like crap right now, I need to start stretching more and maybe start doing a contrast shower everday instead of 2-3 times per week.
