hey guys i ran a 10.72 this morning this competiton. they had a problem with the locks so we had to run with no blocks so i pretty much think its not bad. i only expereinced a slight problem and that is the fact i still feel heavy although i have stopped weight training for three weeks now and only do one complex training session per week, any suggestions of how i can make myself feel lighter?? nationals in two weeks and i really need the feeling of being light. thnx guys
Good job on your time! As far as you feeling lighter and preparing for the next two weeks, you could always include jumping rope as well as some overall general conditioning work. Your diet is going to be key.
