Hey im gonna be posting journals of my workouts for weight lifting and basketball workouts also along with conditioning, etc.

Just recovering from a fever, i took a nap from like 5-7 oclock, woke up and went to the YMCA to start my workout, i felt very drowsy and i had a cold so i decided to just do weight lifting as time wasnt in my favor either cuz I had like 2 hours to do everything including my basketball drills. So I didn’t do any basketball drills today but I will tomorrow for sure. I got their around 7:30 and did this:
Warm-up
-5 minutes on treadmill
-5 minutes on cross trainer
Stretching
-Lunge (Hip Stretch) 2x20 sec each leg
-Side to Side Kick throughs 2x10
-Forward-to-back kick throughs 2x10
-Ankle Flips 2x10
After I play a couple pick up games as the gym was full and that was my only choice so i played but wasnt really into it as i was sick.
Now onto weightlifting. Tomorrow was my upperbody repetition day for Defrancos westside for skinny bastards program but i decided to do it today instead because I have a scrimmage game on Friday with my team.
Weight Lifting
-Barbell Bench Press 3xmax reps (60 sec rest)
-Tricep Rope Pushdowns 4x5-10
-Pull Up Variations 4x8-12
-Dumbell Shoulder Press 3x10-15
-Alternate Seated Incline Dumbell Curls 3x8-10
Also did a bit of ab work after but not much because gym was closing in like 10 mins.
