What’s the average healing time of a kneecap fracture?
This is taking forever.
6-12weeks…
Thanks…
Oh boy.
What week are you now? What are you doing about it? Have you seen any progress so far?
that’s what you get for being part of the ‘family’
Hmm I thought they were from Sicily not Greece.
Tomorrow is end of week 7.
I’m not running at all, and doing a lot of isos (following an iso plan).
There’s progress, considering I couldn’t walk the day it happened.
I’m really trying to speed up the process with good psychology (because I’ve always entered states of depression during injuries before), but it’s not quite working so far. My sister can’t help either, she’s a clinical psychologist…
John, what on earth are you talking about?
Perhaps I’m not getting you cause it’s past my bedtime :o ??
Or perhaps because you haven’t watched “The Godfather” (?)
Good psychology helps with injuries? I am surprised I have none!
Nick knew
Knee-capping is a form of malicious wounding, often as extralegal punishment or torture, in which the victim is injured in the knee, usually using a firearm to damage the knee joint and kneecap. This practice was common among paramilitaries in Italy and Northern Ireland.
i wonder how much Stress the issos put on the fracture itself. Do you strap it before your iso’s?
Oh The Godfather… I watched it a while ago (after Nik’s recommendation!), but my attention span was too short at the time.
Interesting!
If I feel any stress at all, I change the exercise.
The doctor did tell me to strap the knee after I hurt it, but I’ve stopped listening to doctors a while ago.
