God no… My wife dad and brother did the work. He’s been in business for over 30 yrs (housing construction company and a bigger decorative concrete company). Hopefully we can sell soon when she finish grad school.

Than shit hit the fan. Builders took 3/4 of the whole money did some jobs and took off leaving us with bloody mess. Trying to complete/finish the project, which turned out to be nightmare.
