At what time this “movie” was produced?
No idea - turned up on ytube yesterday… i’m guessing it was last winter or autumn (fall).
Very interesting.
-90 minute workout: 45min warmup, 10minutes for actual workout, 9minutes of that is rest
-hates lifting weights, you can find something better to do with your time
-work every body part 3x/week in the weight room and never take more than 30sec rest

Who knows. 90% of the time I see a top sprinter training documentary it frankly looks easy as shit. I am starting to believe that the only videos that actually show real training sessions are thrower videos (Gunthor, Barnes, Olfield) and I guess the GPP video.
