Hey my name is JCASHDAKID and I’m starting up a training log. I train for football and I play LB/TE. My goals are to increase speed,explosiveness and athletic performance. I have a month and a half left in the offseason till football season. So it’s crunch time

Yea thats me. Im from Rockland County. Incase you dont know… 30 mins from the GW Bridge and 15 from the TZ Bridge.
I used to run and play football for North Rockland (graduated 2000) and just recently graduated from Cortland, played football 1 year and track for 5.

Tommorrow Is my last NY state regent exam of my life(if I pass) then I’ll start my summer training friday. Most likely have a passing scrimage on Friday

Damn I really keep delaying this but I got a passing scrimage on saturday. Then monday will be my First Official day of football training. I got a lot of work to do to gain a starting spot right now I’m sitting tied for backup out of with a sophomore and anonther senior starting in front of me and some other kids in backup of me. I really need to step my game up. As I look back at this offseason, I had okay workouts but I peaked around march then after that I went downhill and procratination got the best of me. I got to prove myself this year I can’t be a sideline guy and that special teamer guy

I’m now training with my cousin who is a track coach. So this was my running workout for today.

I found out my school workout routine will be Monday,wednesday and thrusday. So my shecdule will be doing their workout their. I won’t bench on my own just bench their. I got my speed training session almost everyday. I’m going to be doing light workouts tuesday-friday-saturday and be doing SPP tuesday and thrusday.

It was a quick workout because the running took so long. I’m happy with my pro agility and L drill. My 40 was horrible it was the last thing I was tight and sore from running the past two days hopefully I can drop it under 5. My agility man was pretty good.

5’11, 223, 5.44(sloppy conditions) Today was just testing right now I work with my cousin to help me with conditioning and the team workouts are going be speed workouts so I think their going to have me work on starts to. Right now since I’m not going to any camps or combine my numbers don’t really mean anything to me. It’s just trying to get faster and in good shape and trying to get a starting position
