Might work but. I feel like it adds up the more you take it. If you take it everyday I find there is a cumulative effect. You might sleep ok the first night but after the 2 nd or 3rd day you are going to be tossing and turning… If I had to use it again I would use it like in precomp phase or on a tough day that I was really tired or maybe a time trial or race day. If you use it regularly for training you might get burned out from training because you are not sleeping and then your training is going to suffer… Double edged sword.
