looking at frame by frame on quicktime was REALLY disappointing, explained a few things and showed ongoing issues (will I ever frikken learn :mad::mad::mad:.)
- arm action too loose, partly due to trying to relax but unacceptable
- inadequate knee lift
- flat footed strike
- foot strike well in front of COM
- sitting down
- bent knee
oh and the reason I had on tights, 2 x long sleeve top & jacket is because it is summer!!! :rolleyes:
