Sounds like alignment issue, usually the hips are the problem and other issues are refered problems. which of your hamstrings gives you problems or is tightest? If one hip is slightly forward then the hammy on that side is usually over extended, which then leads to other issues.
You would probably need to be realigned and then have key muscles released to fix the refered issues. I’m very lucky my coach can do most of the fixing with a mix of osteopathic and chiropratic which he picked up through his experience as a runner, I also have a great team around me.
Sounds like you’ll have to wait until you can travel to get it all sorted properly.
But don’t give up, don’t do anything stupid and you’ll get through it.
