Is this right?

Ok… im just wondering…

Should I start with GPP then go onto tempo/speed. After the tempo/speed, should I go strait to just speed work?

Or is there any place where I’m supposed to do SPP? What exactly would I do in the SPP phase?

gpp is base work
spp is training block
comp is competition phase
rec is recovery phase

then they repeat themselves, focusing on different aspects, pending on time of yr.
