Is it possible to run PBs with DOMS?

If your CNS is fully recovered and ready to go but your muscles are sore (for whatever reason) is it still possible to run a PB?

i would say no. stiffness…

I PBed in my 200 while I was very sore. I spent at least an hour total massaging my self to get ready for the race cause I had ran a 200 earlier in the day and 3 100s and a relay leg the day before and I ran by far the best 200 of my year.

Depends on where you’re starting from but the higher the level, the less and less likely it becomes.
