Is it ok if do the hills and after the hills I do low intensity med ball drills,circuits(push-ups,burpees,sit-ups etc.) on Mondays,Wensdays and Fridays? And on Tuesdays,Thursdays and Saturdays I do explosive med ball drills and tempo?
I’m just asking this because my legs start unvoluntarily shaking a bit after the hills if I start doing explosive med ball drills,and yet on the other hand I wonder whether it might not be a good idea to put such an high amount of work(low intensity med ball drills and circuits) on speed days.
PS: I don’t lift weights.
