Insulin Index

I’ve been reading some material by JB and he’s been mentioning the II a lot, but doesn’t give any real clear definition on the types of foods that fall under high/low (or good/bad) Insulin Index numbers and I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Anyone got a website, some good knowledge, anything? Or, if someone can give me an idea of how to determine II maybe I can do it on my own. Thanks.

there is a decent sized list of the glycemix index which is pretty closely related to the insulin index. The numbers don’t match up exactly for all the foods but they are pretty close for the most part.
