Charlie, you need to get your hands on this kid. His name is Usain Bolt(from Jamaica) and he won the World Junior 200m Championship last year in 20.61s(into a headwind) and has a PB of 20.58s, ran in the heats fo the World Junior’s! Oh yeah, and he did all this at the age of 15 yrs. old!
