In Season (football)

Hey everybody,this week marked the beginning of summer football practice, and hence the start of football season. I’ve been working out 4 days per week with high intensity with great gains, but I know I cannot do that during the season, especially not summer practice, so what would you recommend for in-season training program?

-What are differences between (Exercises,Volume,Intensity,frequency,density,…) Preseason and Season in Football?
