In Need of Help

To make a long story short I have a tryout meet in 6 weeks to get back on my collegiate track team. The event I’m training for is the 200m but will probably run the 60m as well to get another time in. Anyways, I was wondering if any of you knowledgeable guys could help me design a schedule over the next 6 weeks which will get me ready to run a good time. The meet is January 26th and my goal is to run 23.00 FAT. I have access to a big weight room and an indoor track so there are a bunch of possibilities. Thanks for your help!
