Personally I always go with Ibuprofen…I find it really helpful to reduce swelling and inflammation. But all the doctors tell me that Asprin is amazing for fevers!

I go the other way. I tended to use aspirin after training and Ibuprofen if I was sore (very) from and injury.

tru. My chiro says ibu is better as a anitinflammatory than aspirin.

ibu for inflammation,
aspirin. for colds etc
