Bolt had a .183 react time. almost the slowest. coleman at .12 and gat at .13, bolt still ran them down but ran outta track.
I really think bolt wanted to retire after the olympics. THe fans pulled him out for this farewell tour he is on. He said after the race, no chance of coming back…he is tire of always waking up in pain.

DeGrasse missed a huge chance in my opinion. What ever happened it was likely preventable. I could be wrong but at that level I doubt I am wrong. The difference between DeGrasse and most is it’s his job and his coaches and his handlers to ensure he is ready to run when it’s time to perform. I learned that at the level I was at and I was no where near that level. That is the game, his job and others to do their job.
This is what I have been watching and noticing out there in the world of coaching. Everyone is an alleged expert but instead of actually creating and developing they consult. I want to do it but I don’t really want to take full responsibility for anything. “I know it all but I just don’t want to show anyone what exactly what I know”.
There is a huge difference in success and maintaining the very highest level athlete compared to all other levels of athletes below the elite level. The good news is DeGrasse is young and has lots and lots of time.

I see him chilling in the 400m for the first 230-270 then turning on what’s required to get the win. If he goes sub 43, then I think his body will make this decision unconsciously at that point of the race. Then if he could only summon a 19.7x -19.8x in the 200m final, that’d be a deadly double whatever it got him(gold, silver, bronze)
elaine looked like she drove too long, then popped up and threw her body off which caused her to take that bad step that ended her race. Based on her semi and season, this shouldve been a cakewalk…but oh well.
200 heats for men tommorrow and the 400 final thursday after the semi was today…thought they were accommodating the 4/2 guys…guess not
