We can all tell that the Football coaching staff at TAMU sucks very badly. But what about their current strength/conditioning staff? When I was there, there were two coaches named coach morgan and coach pollard, who seemed to know some pretty good stuff. Morgan, who is in charge of the speed training, gave me a weekly sample of his workouts, and they looked real similar to the CFTS.

took 2 advil before running this morning to kill any soreness i had or may have felt during the workout, felt damn good. i was hitting the 30m mark really fast but struggle with standing tall and relaxed for the second 30. farking hate the running a’s, they take about 45sec per set.
