Every Mondo surface I run on, I run sooo slow as compared to when im on a regular rubber track surface.
I notice when on mondo I get zero return from the track. So it seems like the more power i put into the track the slower i run.
When I power into any other surface i get a good return depending on the track.
ANyone got any ideas.
