How To Organize a Training Journal

My plan is to get as much input from you all as possible, and then create a training journal which will be made available to the forum. Lets hear all the ideas, great and small.

Thanks.

Hopefully you´ll get lots of replies. There is the usual stuff, which we will soon see, but I would like to include meals and hours of sleep. Meals especially if nutrition is an issue with the athlete. Sleep patterns can help to look back on after a training cycle and get more info on how the cycle affected me. Moods during the day or at training sessions - krankiness can be an overtraining tip off.

Comments on how you feel, comments from coach. Weight.

Aim of training, results of training.

Usual.

Need places for emotive responses and behaviour
