How i got really fit at thirteen!

Let me tell you about how I first trained for strenght at age thirteen ,when together with one of my older brothers I decided to workout at the local healtclub.
Now in that particular healthclub there was twenty different machines to assist the workout so naturally we used them all…The machines where divided into three “systems” ,so after warming up on a stationary bike and doing some rope-jumping we did a certain number of circuits of one system before continuing to the next - same procedure there and then on to the last circuit.
The “protocol” where as follows:
Three times a week - 5 rounds of 15 repetitions on every machine with no pausing whatsoever between.
Then on to the free weights (no benching or squatting though) and lastly some jumping. (Sometimes we even had a drink of water or a coke.)
The whole workout took about 2 hours nonstop!

Needless to say ,that year soccer never exhausted me.
