How do you monitor and plan everthing?

Not meaning to resurrect minutia, but perception research has shown that for 1D stimulus the number of bins that a person can recognize is 7 +/- 2. Note that this is only for 1D stimulus and not overlearned stimulus such as sound pitch. The technical term for this is the channel capacity.

In regards to recording one’s progress/recovery, it would be interesting to take as much data as possible and analyse the contributions. Maybe there is a normalized metric, which includes RPE, that one could use (without buying an omega wave).
