I was wondering if anyone would recommend a good hot chocolate that I could have this winter. It is cold wherew I work and it keeps me warm. Amos
I would reccomend heating up some chocolate milk. You can get the fat free skim, it’s nice and frothy, and you don’t have to mess with heaps and heaps of that sugar powder.
With the chocolate milk you’re also getting protein etc. (althought the heating process may take a way from this, but it is still a good alternative)
The best hot chocolate recipe to my knowledge:
1 cup heated organic milk (full fat)
2 oz. dark chocolate (+70% cocoa)
And a squirt of Cointreau…keeps you warm
