theres a functional isometric part of the mike boyle functional coach dvd set (first edition) that was done by brijesh patel.
it was horrible!
maybe he was just nervous or something, but the fact that the “activation” stuff didnt work for example when he attempted to demonstrate it… didnt help at all
it was an embarrassment compared to the rest of the dvd series
I’ve read a lot of his presentations / work he seems to get (copy) a lot of his material from Christian Thibaudeau. He never references him though! Another Davies, Staley bites the dust!

Brijesh is still learning to present, but he’s a damn good coach and is extremely well read. If these guys were able to present to their knowledge/experience level, we’d all be better for it. Give them time though. Brijesh is what, 29?
He does reference Christian, he braggs him up a lot.
A little bit off the topic, but any of you know anything about starting your own gym? Specifically about buying commercial real estate of any kind.
Hmmm. I have been looking at franchise gyms, Golds Gym you only need a net worth of around 1million dollars and a down payment between 300 grand to 800 grand. Sounds reasonable.HUH! Right in my price range. Right!
But some other franchises you only need 50 grand, such as Anywhere Fitness.
I know someone on here has some info on this. Please share. Thanks.
