hmb or colustrum?

I use HMB & Creatine together, after about a week of supplementing I find that I get through my gym sessions easier and can generally lift a bit more or get those last couple of reps out. I take 2 grams 2 hours before sessions. HMB is certainly not the first supplement I would use, but seems to be a good addition. It doesnt seem to agree with some people (headaches/pimples etc) but works fine for me. Creatine on its own does not give me the same effect.
