high speed stationary cycling

Dear Ricky, that post I made was in relation to Tdrakes’s question question about high speed cycling on a stationary bike and how it relates to stride rate.

I think your post is about the Tour de France? :confused:

My point was that there is not much strength required once inertia has been overcome on the stationary bike doing high speed cycling. It becomes “neural” which is precisely why people recommend this sort of stuff to increase turnover because they (mistakenly) think the limiting factor in turnover is neural.

Please don’t curse others just because you don’t understand the question in the first place, it doesn’t help anyone.
