help me with some long jump training

i need a hand with my training

i’m 17, 50kg, standing long jump of 2.10m, personal best long jump of 4.84m and i can train all days of the week…

i think my biggest problem is my form in the air, does anyone have any videos or pictures of correct form to use?

I think your biggest problem is probably not your form in the air! Your takeoff position and speed are far more important that your in air form. Often, poor takeoff technique makes it very difficult to have effective in-air form and landing.
